Supply Chain Manager

Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Manager oversees all purchasing and supply chain activities to support construction operations. This role ensures that materials, equipment, and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with project timelines and quality standards. The position plays a critical role in optimizing procurement strategies to enhance the company’s competitive advantage in the construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies tailored to construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance to maintain quality and cost efficiency.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast material needs and align procurement schedules with project milestones.Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.Oversee inventory management, logistics coordination, and material tracking to minimize waste and delays.Prepare and analyze procurement reports, budgets, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.Lead and mentor procurement staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of procurement experience, preferably within the construction industry.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Note*All applications will be treated with confidentiality in accordance with Law No. 9887 approved by the Albanian Parliament on the "Protection of Personal Data".*How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or by sending their CV to the following email:📧 burimenjerezore@isdc.al
