Together, let’s advance the world of minimally invasive care.Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position.The primary function of the PMC Technician is to assess failure modes of semi-automated and automated test equipment, complete on-site preventive maintenance of equipment through-out facilities, perform equipment calibration.Roles And Responsibilities.The PMC Technician works independently to implement Intuitive’s PMC program. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Performs on-site preventive maintenance & calibration activities on EFTs (Equipment, fixtures and tools)Supports troubleshooting of equipment not performing per equipment specificationsIdentify out-of-tolerance results and take corrective actionManages Equipment Events (EEs) in SAP, ensuring satisfactory and immediate response to repair and/or escalateMaintains calibration certificates and user manualsAssists and/or performs validation activities on Equipment Fixtures and ToolingMaintains spare parts inventoryMaintains fixture/tooling listMaintains appropriate documentation and records of PMC activitiesFollows all corporate, safety and production procedures and regulationsQualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Technician with at least 1-year work experience in the production environmentGreat attitude, eager, willing/able to take initiative, works well with others in team environmentAttention to detail with focus on qualityUnderstanding of Inspection, Metrology, PMC, and GMPReport quality issues to the next levelGood creative problem-solving skillsExperience with measurement tools: dial calipers, micrometers, force gaugesSecure handling of the MS-Office applications; experience with SAP is a plusGood knowledge on written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and EnglishHigh interest in technical contexts and manual skillsAdditional InformationIntuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
