Job Summary:The Pricing & Commercialization Lead is a strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth and market success through effective pricing models and go-to-market execution. This position combines deep analytical expertise with market insight to ensure that software products and services are priced competitively and launched successfully. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to align pricing strategies with customer value, market dynamics, and business objectives, ensuring commercial readiness and sustained profitability.Job Responsibilities:Develop and optimize pricing models for products, services, and professional offering in a B2B setup.Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market research to inform pricing decisions.Design and implement comprehensive pricing frameworks tailored to different product lines and customer segments.Build and maintain pricing simulations and financial impact models.Build and maintain pricing models for subscription tiers, usage-based pricing, and bundled offerings.Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to align pricing with cost structures and value delivery.Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on customer behavior and market feedback.Lead commercialization planning for new product launches and service offerings.Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure market readiness.Present pricing and commercialization strategies to senior leadership.Ensure alignment across departments on revenue goals, product strategy, and customer experience.Required Skills:Deep understanding of different metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, CLV) and value-based pricing.Familiarity with agile product development and GTM frameworks.Experience in launching subscription-based or usage-based software products.Knowledge of behavioral pricing and customer segmentation strategies.Experience in pricing international markets for technology services and products3–4 years of experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, or commercialization in a software/services environment.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Experience:Minimum: 3-4 yearsPreferred: 5 yearsEducation/QualificationMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in businessPreferred: Master’s degree in businessLocationIslamabad, Pakistan
