The Principal Admin is a subject matter expert and provides efficient and flexible recruitment administrative support including but not limited to workload allocation, process change management, reports generation and quality checks. This role facilitates operational service delivery of the team members to contribute to the overall achievement of targets. They act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of one or more accounts and deputies for the Team Leader or Manager as required.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:Managing account-specific administration activities to time and accurately, including one-off ad hoc requests which support the effective running of the recruitment processOwnership of process documentation, including the operations manual, identifying and clearly communicating any process changes to stakeholders and the teamOwnership of group mailbox, effectively managing escalations and providing support where requiredActing as a final checking mechanism for elements of the process as well as audits and spot checks to ensure data accuracy and SLA adherenceCompleting reports, trackers, and maintaining systems accurately and to deadlinesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties includingrecruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders, managingcustomers' needs and expectations and working to service levels agreedActively participating in operational calls, confidently interacting with the client as neededProviding tangible contribution to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the teamPreparing forecasts as requiredDeputise for Team Leader as requiredDrives efficient usage of digital Automation or technology available to the team Skills & ExperienceYou’ll need to demonstrate:Prior experience in recruitment and/or recruitment administrationEffective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, ExcelFlexible to work across different shifts (APAC, EMEA, or US)Willing to report onsite three times per week, with an initial six-week onsite training periodOpen to a start date in February 2026OtherEvery one of us plays a pivotal role in our success, whether engaging directly with clients or shaping the value we add behind the scenes.
