For more information, visit: www.digiplus.com.ph.ResponsibilitiesPartner with recruiters to engage in sourcing active and passive talent, qualifying candidates, helping coordinate initial conversations with recruitersWork with Interviewers and candidates to coordinate interview schedules and manage invitation processWork closely with recruiter to develop business acumen to understand the function, needs, and requirements when sourcing candidatesDevelop creative sourcing strategies utilizing existing resources and exploring new ones to maintain talent pipelines for challenging and high volume rolesEnsure processes within the Applicant Tracking System are closely followed and that accurate and thorough documentation is collected and cataloguedQualificationsPrevious recruitment experienceProficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including but not limited to compensation, employment law, interviewing, and sourcing strategies requiredExperience in different industries is an advantageRequired Skills/ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail; results orientedAbility to connect the dots and see how a candidate is a match beyond key words in a resumeAbility to multi-task and handle high volumesExperience with Workday or similar HCM system and ICIMS or similar ATS preferredOur company is offering the best compensation package!Generous salaryCareer growth, development, and further opportunities to grow within our company,Fun, friendly culture with team rewards, events, and parties – work hard, play hard.
