Coordinate user acceptance testing processes. Develop and maintain requirements documentation. Contribute to ServiceNow platform governance and maintenance. Prepare technical specifications documentation. Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities for the platform.What you'll bringWe Want To Hear From You If You Possess expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture and development best practices. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities. Take a forward-thinking approach to identify opportunities for platform optimisation.
