This role will handle the tactical elements that transform strategic vision into tangible experiences for our Mexico team across all experience verticals:Primary Areas of Focus:Associate Experience and culture - Design and deliver programs such as town halls, team celebrations, team buildings. Community Investment - Coordinate volunteer programs, partnerships and DIB initiatives to strengthen company impact internally and externally. Corporate Engagement - Lead corporate visit experiences and executive hostingOperational Excellence: Oversee vendors, budgets and timelines to ensure seamless execution, efficiency and cost optimizationKey ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & coordination - Lead end to end lifecycle of events from concept and planning to onsite coordination and post-event evaluation.Project and Vendor Management Drive cross functional projects, balancing multiple priorities with stakeholdersManage vendor relationships across catering, venues and technical requirements ensuring cost effectivenessStakeholder management- Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to align objectives and deliver engaging experiencesProgram Support & administration-Support community and DIB initiatives through logistics, training coordination and event planning.Maintain documentation, track metrics and provide reporting to measure impact and inform improvements.Coordinate communication and campaigns to maximize associate participation and engagement.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in event planning, project management, or operations managementAt least 2 years of experience in vendor relationship management or procurementAt least 1 year of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiencesIntermediate-Advanced English fluencyPreferred QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in corporate event management for audiences of 100+ participantsAt least 1 year of experience in budget management and cost optimizationExperience in financial services or technology industryCapital One will only consider candidates that are Mexico citizens or permanent residents.At Capital One, we respect individual differences in culture, religion, and ethnicity.
