Performance & Market Analysis Monitor product/principal performance metrics, track market trends, evaluate business gaps, and identify new market or product opportunities.Strategic Planning & Execution Support business development, create and implement strategic initiatives, align product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Market Development & Penetration Identify and develop market opportunities, conduct customer visits with the sales team, drive market expansion plans, and support product introductions.Relationship & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, KOLs, and key accounts; manage KOL databases and coordinate partnership activities.Operational & System Management Oversee product lifecycle activities, inventory planning, demo unit management, event/workshop execution, and ensure compliance with quality and anti-bribery management systems.Qualifications Minimum Diploma graduates in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related fields. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
