Job Position: Process and Internal Control OfficerLocation: Isolo Lagos, NigeriaAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive Process and Internal Control Officer to strengthen operational efficiency, governance, and compliance across all business units. The ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, enhance internal controls, and promote a culture of accountability and performance excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesMap, document, and improve key operational and financial processes.Design and implement internal control frameworks and conduct periodic control testing.Perform risk assessments and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards.Provide data-driven reports and insights to management on process and control performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years’ experience in internal control, audit, or risk management.Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.Strong analytical, documentation, and process improvement skills.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally).What We Offer A dynamic work environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
