Process Engineer(PE) 工艺工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 ResponsibilitiesBe familiar to optical components (lens, Prism etc.) manufacturing. Such as cold processing, coating etc. Be familiar to manufacturing parameters.Make Prepare process flow chart, process CT table and process instruction.Take charge of the input plan of equipment, installation, commissioning, verification and maintenance of equipment.Take charge of coordinating resources of all parties, including procurement, quality, production and external suppliers.Be responsible for product process maintenance and improvement. The main tasks are to improve production efficiency and yield, reduce the number of operators and CT time of processes, and reduce labor costs.Be responsible for the standardization formulation and improvement of process and reduce the cost of tooling. Requirements:Collage degrees or above, major in optical related. Preferred 5 years+ manufacturing or quality functions experience in optical manufacturing companies.Familiar with MS-OFFICE like word, excel, PPT etc.Fluent in English reading and writing.Be good at logic thinking and problem solving. Have experience in on-site audit.Teamwork and be good at communication.Be responsible for on-site training of process, technology, operation, etc. and daily control and supervision of production process. 岗位职责： 1. 精通光学生产元器件（棱镜、透镜等）相关工艺，例如冷加工、镀膜等，熟悉光学元器件加工的相关工艺参数； 2. 制定工艺流程图，工序CT表，编写工艺指导书； 3. 负责设备的投入计划，设备的现场安装、调试、验证和维修； 4. 负责协调或优化各方资源，包括采购，质量，生产和外部供应商等； 5. 负责产品工艺维护和持续改进，主要任务在于提升生产效率和良品率，减少作业人员的数量和工序的CT时间，降低人工成本； 6. 负责工艺及工装的标准化制定与持续改进，降低工装的成本； 7. 负责工艺，技术，操作等的现场培训及生产工艺的日常管控监督。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，光学相关专业，在光学元器件生产型企业担任工艺工程师或者生产技术岗位5年以上优先； 2. 熟悉基本的word、excel、PPT等office办公软件； 3. 能够使用英语工作和交流技术问题； 4. 具有良好的逻辑分析与问题解决能力，对生产现场稽核有一定的实践经验； 5. 具有良好团队协作能力和人际交往能力，能够使用沟通技巧与各方达成一致。
