If you enjoy working with quality tools, learning, and growing through experience – this is the right opportunity for you!Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation of quality control systems to ensure the product meets customer specificationsImplementation and supervision of quality control systems according to MAHLE proceduresProcess analysis and improvement using quality toolsAnalysis of customer complaints and defining root causesImplementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming productsWorking with quality documentation: control plans, work instructions, etc.Analysis of scrap data and reduction measuresImplementation of quality standards in productionUse of quality tools for continuous improvementYour Experience And QualificationsUniversity degree in a technical fieldExperience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatoryKnowledge of quality standards is an advantageAbility to work in a team and manage projectsStrong communication skills and problem-solving mindsetProficiency in English, both spoken and writtenProficiency in Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian, both spoken and writtenWillingness to learn and apply new knowledgeProficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus)Our OfferWe provide a stimulating work environment with exciting assignments, along with continuous opportunities for personal and professional development.We offer competitive salary, benefits and training abroad.We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single requirement.
