You’ll join our Security Governance and Resilience team (SGR), working at the intersection of disaster recovery and crisis management to maintain service continuity for billions of messages delivered worldwide.Your mission is to develop, maintain, and test our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), enabling effective responses to critical incidents. You’ll collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, combining risk assessment expertise with strategic planning to safeguard Infobip’s infrastructure and services.As part of SGR team, you will participate in creating, maintaining and improving of all security processes.What You’ll DoPerform detailed business continuity risk assessments focused on product and service availability.Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and identify threats to systems, calculating potential impacts.Analyze BIA and risk assessment results to inform continuity and disaster recovery strategies.Design, implement, and validate business continuity and disaster recovery plans.Test technical recovery processes and assess adequacy of existing plans.Collaborate with other Security teams to ensure compliance and continual improvement.Deliver regular business continuity awareness training for stakeholders.Help implement comprehensive risk assessment framework and conduct regular risk assessments.Participate in audits and contribute to compliance with regulatory requirements.Support process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.What Makes You a Strong Fit3–4+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or related cyber security governance roles.Background in IT systems or incident management (e.g., system engineer, integrator, service engineer, IT auditor).Familiarity with risk management, auditing, or consulting in continuity planning.Experience with server recovery, high-availability clusters, and backup restoration.Knowledge of cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS) and enterprise infrastructure.Experience with cyber security frameworks and ISMS.Strong analytical skills and ability to propose workable solutions.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Nice-to-have QualificationsExperience in banking, payment processing, or highly regulated industries.Exposure to governance frameworks and compliance standards.Familiarity with business continuity tools and methodologies.Previous experience in multinational or shared services environments.Cyber security certifications are always welcomed (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM...)Why you'll love it hereFinancial rewards & recognition – A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impactFlexible work arrangements – We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere – and not always between 9 and 5ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) – As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock optionsWork-life balance and Well Being – We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulationsCareer mobility – Your career is a journey.
