We are seeking a talented Procurement Operations Specialist to assist with the procurement operations within the Global Procure to Pay (P2P) team. We are looking for a proactive professional with a few years’ experience in procurement operations & customer support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and providing high level service quality.Key Responsibilities:Operational Procurement: Purchase Order (PO) Processing, Vendor Account maintenance, 3rd party compliance checking, some travel & expense support, resolving tickets via ServiceNowManage end-to-end procurement tasks, including NDAs, RFPs, TPRAs and contractsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance and efficiencyReview and reconcile Purchasing card requests, audit expenses and manage credit card maintenance for financial accuracySupport procurement, travel, and expense processes during employee onboarding and exitsInvolvement in Procurement Transformation Projects with the rest of the global team to identify opportunities for process improvement and utilization of automated tools and systems in procurement processesEssential Experience & skills required: 2 years + of procurement operations and analytical work experience, preferably some of which has been gained in a Multinational environment or an IT / Software organisation Understanding of related finance / financial accounting (AP-AR)Excellent customer service skills & a collaborative, team focused attitudeDemonstrated proficiency in any Procurement & Business Support Tools such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Google G-Suite, Google Sheets, Concur / Forma, ServiceNow, Alteryx, etc.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat will you get?An opportunity to work in a dynamic, successful, global software leader renowned for its innovative culture, commitment to automation and collaborative work environment.
