In this role, you will be responsible for all product experience and improvement for the Middle East region. You should love researching products and have strong curiosity about new products and technology.Responsibilities:Acting as a product experience officer, testing new products to be launched in advance and outputting product test reports and improvement feasibility reports based on the usage habits of Middle Eastern users.Responsible for using the products and experiencing them according to consumer preferences in the Middle East and Africa and sorting out the key selling points and shortcomings of the products.Collaborate with headquarters product managers, developers, and others to define requirements details.Design user interactions and user scenarios for mobile systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and feedback to developer teams.Competencies and Strength:Have product thinking, data analysis ability, pay attention to the whole process data, and find key problems in operation through data analysisHave user growth operation experience, establish a data tracking and monitoring system, timely find user experience problems and conduct tracking closed loopTrack and locate user experience problems, conduct in-depth problem analysis and follow-up, and provide user operation optimization solutions;Qualifications:Good written and oral expression in Arabic, English and Chinese Bachelor's Degree in relatedUser research and analysisProduct managementData analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello)5 – 8 years’ experience as product manager or similar role, Tech KOL etc.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Continuous learning and a strong sense of curiosityPriority will be given to those with successful user experienceData analysis skills, able to independently complete project data analysis and form own opinions.
