JOB TITLE Product Expert-IBMBGRADE CMDEPARTMENT Digital BankingLOCATION HOTYPE OF POSITION Full-TimeROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE -Responsible to develop product vision document for Retail Mobile Banking and Internet Banking platform.Responsible to roll out new features and enhancement on these platformsBusiness/ Financials Define Product vision document Retail Internet and Mobile Banking Prepare product roadmap in consultation with Business Team and implement in consultation with IT solution delivery.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSGraduate / Post Graduate / MBAExperience(Years and Core Experience Type)3 - 5 years of experience in managing Digital payment products or Retail Banking Products.Work experience in micro banking segment is added advantage either in sales or product role.Product Expert-IBMB - Job DescriptionFunctional Skills- Designing Customer engagement strategy and implementing it.Experience in training Branch teams and manage escalations from Business team and customer. Advanced presentation & Excel Skills .Knowledge of banking products & Services.
