The Product Manager will be responsible foroverseeing the development, management, and execution of our product offerings.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of theEcommerce industry, user behaviour, and trends. He/She will be responsible foridentifying opportunities, developing product roadmap, and ensuring thesuccessful execution of key features, and handholding the engineering teamfor successful delivery of the requirements For Post Purchase Exp: Must have understanding of backend systems, Mustunderstand supply chain, warehouse, etcKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps for the backend systemConduct market research and analysis to identify user needs and industry trendsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to bring new functionalities in the productCreate and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and feature specificationsAnalyse product performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and growthCollaborate with stakeholders to define product pricing and positioning strategiesCommunicate product updates and changes to stakeholders and customersStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Candidates ProfileMust be from e-commerce industryMBA, Minimum experience of 3 years, Must have minimum 2 years of product management experience (Latest experience should be of product management)Ready to relocate to NCR (or should be in NCR)Strong understanding of user behavior and market trends in the Ecommerce industryExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to think strategically and creativelyStrong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision makingFamiliarity with agile development methodologies, Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, etcStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
