As a Roadside Product Manager, you’ll create innovative B2B offerings, shape go-to-market strategies and drive next-gen experiences like EVs and AI-powered tools. Bring your customer insight, commercial acumen, and bold ideas to help future-proof our business.This is full-time permanent role offering hybrid work arrangements, with the flexibility to work 2-3 days a week from our Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD locations as well as from home.As the Product Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead the development and delivery of our B2B roadside assistance proposition, a key growth area for the NRMA.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B roadside and mobility products, from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation.Design, refine, and optimise product packaging, features, and pricing to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and customer value.Use customer and market insights to guide product decisions, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for product propositions aligned with business objectives.Champion a customer-centred, test-and-learn approach and contribute to next-generation mobility offerings including EVs, connected car, data-enabled services, and AI-powered tools.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, technology, operations) to ensure seamless execution and successful go-to-market strategies.Provide support to sales and marketing teams to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations to drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth. What You'll BringEstablished experience (5 years) as a Proposition Development Manager, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally within B2B.Experience in developing tactical pricing offers or B2B tender pricing.Demonstrated experience in developing and launching successful product propositions and/or pricing strategies.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.Comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-moving environments and able to prioritise effectively.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.Self-driven and curious thinkerHighly regarded - Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Product, or related field.
