We’re seeking individuals who resonate with these principles and are ready to join us in our relentless pursuit of product excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & RoadmapDefine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.Conduct market and competitor analyses to uncover opportunities for innovation and improvement.Product Development & ManagementCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and implement solutions for complex network challenges.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery, requirement gathering, and prioritization to deployment and iteration.Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, implementing enhancements based on user feedback and data insights.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with operations teams to identify pain points and business needs.Work with data analytics teams to leverage insights for continuous optimization.Collaborate with external partners (vendors, service providers, etc.) to enhance product and network efficiency.Process OptimizationDevelop and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.Explore automation and emerging technologies to streamline delivery processes.Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., cost efficiency, on-time rates) and recommend data-driven improvements.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.Experience3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.Proven success managing products end-to-end, from ideation to launch.Experience in process optimization, logistics technology, or transportation management is a strong advantage.SkillsExceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
