This role is key to bridging the gap between product, marketing, success, risk and sales — ensuring our offerings are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and communicated clearly to the right audiences.Your Impact: What You’ll DoMarket Intelligence & Insight GatheringConduct customer interviews, surveys, and voice-of-customer (VoC) programsAnalyze competitors, emerging trends, and category dynamicsCollaborate with Product and Sales to collect feedback from deals won/lostMap customer segments, pain points and unmet needsOpportunity Assessment & Product ValidationAssess market demand and commercial potential of product ideasSize the market (TAM/SAM/SOM) and evaluate revenue potentialClarify product value proposition, product goal and business benefitsSupport Product in establishing roadmap for this productTest early messaging or prototypes with potential usersGo-to-Market PlanningDefine product positioning and messaging frameworkDefine pricing and packaging in partnership with Portfolio, Product, Marketing, SalesOversee the product buying journey (from campaign to notifications)Build Product’s GTM strategy covering B2B distribution and B2C adoptionSupport marketing in creating core product assets: value proposition, pitch decks, website copy, FAQsSupport Marketing & Growth in defining multi-channel campaign strategyTrain internal teams on product offer, GTM and keep them up to dateProduct Launch & B2B DistributionCoordinate Product Launch & GTM initiatives across functions (Marketing, Sales, CS, Product)Train internal teams on product value, positioning, and key messaging.Track adoption, engagement, and early feedback from usersImprove sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product one-pagers, objection-handling guidesImprove success enablement materials including implementation deck, product FAQs, configuration guidesB2C Adoption & OptimizationSupport lifecycle marketing with positioning and messaging for activation, engagement, and upsell.Analyze product adoption, engagement and satisfaction metricsCollect ongoing feedback from users and internal teamsCollaborate with marketing and growth to set product adoption & retention campaign strategyCollaborate with Product & Portfolio to share insights and align on product offer and feature improvementsProduct SunsettingCreate messaging to communicate product retirement clearly and empatheticallyWork with CS and Sales to manage customer transitionsDocument lessons learned to inform future product launches or decisionsWhat We’re Looking For: Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a digital-first or fintech environment.Proven track record of launching products and driving customer adoptionStrong storytelling and messaging skills with an eye for customer-centric communication.Experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketingAnalytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies Why Join SAVii?When you join SAVii, you're joining a company where you matter.
