About Us:PayChoice is one of Australia’s leading payment gateways, specializing in the collection of payments for clients around Australia in industries such as Healthcare/Fitness, Childcare, Medical and many more.Job Description:As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and sales of our suite of payment products and services.Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of Quickpay’s products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.Lead generation and prospecting through various methodsPrepare and improve sales’ strategies for Lead GenerationMeeting and exceeding KPI’s and targets.Liaise with Software Partners.Prepare prospect proposals.Prepare Partnership proposals.Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide product expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations.Develop sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation to support these efforts.Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and position PayChoice's products as solutions that meet their requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all product-related inquiries and support needs.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and development.Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external clients to ensure a thorough understanding of PayChoice's products and their value proposition.Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including product adoption rates, revenue growth, and client feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.Proven experience in sales or business development for at least 3 years, with a strong preference for experience in the payments industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.High technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of complex products and technologies.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset focused on driving business growth.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough preparation of proposals and effective management of client relationships.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, providing product expertise and support throughout the sales process.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Paid time off.Professional development opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work culture.Note: We’re looking for candidates with a strong background in sales, particularly those who have experience in SaaS and have worked as Sales Representatives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments where daily phone communication with clients or customers was a key part of their role.
