Then Sales at oboda is where you’ll grow.As a Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle: identifying prospects, conducting solution walkthroughs, shaping value propositions, managing negotiations, and ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption after the sale.But the role doesn’t end at closing. You will remain the advocate and strategic partner for the client, guiding them through onboarding and training together with our Customer Success team, and ensuring they derive real operational value from oboda. Your goal is not just to sell — it’s to help our customers succeed.In this role, you will gain firsthand experience across purchasing, inventory, sales, warehouse operations, finance, and CRM workflows inside real businesses. You’ll learn how companies make decisions, how to guide organizations through change, and how to collaborate across sales, product, engineering, and success teams to create shared wins.Key ResponsibilitiesPre Sales & SalesIdentify and prioritize potential customers among distributors and wholesalers.Conduct discovery conversations to deeply understand operational workflows and pain points.Present and position oboda as a tailored, strategic solution — not just a software demo.Develop commercial proposals and negotiate agreements that drive value for both the customer and oboda.Manage the full pipeline and sales process proactively and consistently.Onboarding and TrainingCoordinate with Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth onboarding.Participate in training sessions (onsite or online), guiding customers through real use cases.Support customers in aligning their internal teams and departments to adopt the platform.Reinforce correct usage and best practices to ensure the system becomes part of daily operations.After Sales Customer SuccessMaintain ongoing communication with customers and key stakeholders.Monitor account health, usage, and engagement to ensure the platform delivers measurable value.Act as the voice of the customer within oboda — providing structured feedback to product, engineering, and leadership teams.Identify opportunities for deeper value creation, expansion, and long-term partnership.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized, proactive, and able to follow structured testing processes. (Preferred) Knowledge of supply chain, ERP, or business management systems. Passionate about delivering high-quality, reliable software experiences.
