Job Overview:The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling Unicare products to key stakeholders, in institution sector building a strong customer base, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, monitoring competitor activities, and supporting customer service operations, all while working closely with the Product Executive, Tender & institution business unit manager , and other teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.Key Responsibilities:Promotional:Perform activities related to product promotion, demonstrations, lead generation, and regularly updating management on progress.Develop and maintain a sound customer base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders to enhance sales and ensure customer goodwill and satisfaction.Assess market conditions through intelligence gathering, including monitoring competitor activities, identifying gaps between current products, customer needs, and competitive offerings.Gather customer feedback as needed and communicate insights to the reporting Manager for continuous product and service improvement.Coordination:Collaborate with the Product Executive, Tender and institution Unit Manager in organizing seminars, presentations, and workshops to effectively sell and market products to customers.Assist in coordinating with the sales team on low stock situations, tender submissions, and customer inquiries.Filing, Documentation, and Reporting:Maintain an updated list of customers with key contacts and decision-makers within the assigned territory.Prepare and submit monthly market intelligence and competitor activity reports to line managers, ensuring timely updates are shared with management.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Product specialist dealing with institutions in Abu Dhabi.Minimum 1 year of experience working with Institutions in a must. UAE Driving license is a must. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence to drive decision-making.
