That’s where you come in.About The RoleAs Product Systems Owner, you make sure the data and systems behind our products run as seamlessly as the culture we represent. From purchasing to sales, from warehouse to customer, you own the entire product flow - ensuring our systems talk to each other and our teams have the insights they need to act fast and make smart decisions.This is a role for someone who loves precision as much as creativity, someone who sees beauty in well-structured data and efficiency in smooth processes. You’ll sit at the crossroads of tech, operations, and sales, making sure the digital backbone of SNS is strong enough to support our global community of sneaker lovers.What You’ll DoOwn and develop the full product data flow across our systems (Shopify, ERP – Dynamics 365 Business Central, WMS, PIM – Perfion, POS, Power BI, Dema and more)Safeguard data quality and ensure a smooth flow between systems, with a particular focus on sell-through data (ST data)Manage Power BI structures and reporting connected to product, sales, and inventorySupport sales and buying teams with accurate, accessible data for analysis and decision-makingOversee logistics-related workflows and warehouse structuresIdentify inefficiencies and drive improvements in systems, processes, and integrationsAct as the bridge between Sales, Operations, and Tech - translating needs, insights, and opportunities across teamsServe as the main contact for system vendors and external partners, including EDI, POS, and other key integrationsWho You AreYou’re analytical, structured, and curious - a problem-solver who loves turning complex system challenges into simple, effective solutions. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, dive into data, and connect dots others might miss.You have 2–3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, re-boot or transformation environment, where processes are evolving and systems are scaling. You’re comfortable navigating multiple platforms and have a deep understanding of data flow between systems.You know your way around Power BI, ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central), PIM (Perfion), Shopify and other retail-related platforms, and you see data not just as numbers, but as stories that can drive real change.And most importantly, you get what SNS is about. You understand that behind every product there’s a story, and behind every system there’s a culture that keeps it all moving.
