We’re looking for a Planner who thrives in a fast-moving environment — someone who can connect people, data, and processes to keep production and deliveries on track.💡 Why This Role MattersAs a Planner, you’ll play a key role in bridging production, supply chain, and customer success. Your ability to plan ahead and respond quickly will make a direct impact on our operational flow and customer satisfaction.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Alignment: Review product setups and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure everything is ready for manufacturing according to customer requirements.Supply Planning: Create and manage delivery schedules for assemblies, balancing stock availability with procurement timelines.ERP Management: Build and maintain planning tools within the ERP system, and collaborate with IT to enhance efficiency.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages, and coordinate with procurement to resolve them proactively.Customer Updates: Provide timely delivery forecasts and status updates to customer success teams.Data Analysis: Use operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Documentation: Prepare clear planning summaries, reports, and structured records for internal meetings.⚙️ What We’re Looking ForStrong analytical and organizational skills.Experience working with ERP systems (Priority, or similar).Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.A proactive mindset focused on accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.📩 Join us in Haifa and help drive smoother operations from plan to production!
