Production Planning Engineer - Joinery

Key Accountabilities : Joinery & Fit outDevelop and implement production schedules based on project timelines, material availability, and resource capacity to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to align manufacturing activities with project requirements and specifications.Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overproduction or shortages.Analyze production data and workflow to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.Ensure accurate job costing and resource allocation by monitoring labor, machine utilization, and material consumption.Maintain close communication with project management to track progress, resolve delays, and adjust production plans as needed.Oversee the preparation of cutting lists and production drawings in coordination with the design and technical departments.Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the joinery production process to meet client and company requirements.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review, highlighting key metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and delivery performance.
