We are recruiting a Professor in Project Management to help drive the development of Project Management in both teaching and research.Bristol Business School comprises six subject clusters and these posts will sit in the Operations Management and Strategy (OMS) cluster. In addition to Project Management, the OMS cluster includes the following disciplines: Strategic Management, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, and Innovation and Enterprise. OMS colleagues also contribute to the Innovation, Operations Management and Supply Chain, and Sustainable Economies Research Groups.The successful candidate will join a vibrant and expanding team of academics, who are engaged in a broad range of research and scholarly activities promoting UWE Strategy 2030 and UWE’s research beacons, particularly digital futures, health and wellbeing, and sustainability.About YouWe are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to excellence in teaching and research. You should be an experienced academic with a deep understanding of project management, its context and application.The successful candidate will be a research leader and an inspiring teacher. You will demonstrate a strong research track record in Project Management, with a specialist focus on managing complex projects and transformational change. You will have interdisciplinary experience and have a sustained track record of high-quality research outputs, income generation and leadership.
