Through curated programming, mentorship, community, capital access, and world-class education, we support women in launching, scaling, and sustaining successful ventures. Our first innovation hub in Royal Oak, Michigan, sets the standard for excellence, inclusion, and impact.Position SummaryThe Program Director is a strategic, dynamic leader responsible for designing, managing, and executing all programming for the Female Founders Institute. This includes accelerator programs, workshops, community events, mentorship tracks, educational series, and founder support initiatives. The Program Director ensures all programs run smoothly, deliver high impact, and align with the mission to support women entrepreneurs at every stage of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development & ManagementDesign, plan, and implement high-quality entrepreneurship programs focused on idea validation, funding readiness, scaling, leadership, and founder wellness.Oversee the full lifecycle of program cohorts, including recruitment, curriculum development, scheduling, speaker coordination, and participant experience.Continuously evaluate and improve program outcomes using metrics, participant feedback, and industry best practices.Develop new programs and partnerships to expand the institute’s reach and value.Community Building & EngagementFoster a collaborative, supportive, and inspiring community for female founders within the innovation hub.Build relationships with founders, members, mentors, and partners to ensure meaningful connections and engagement.Lead and host events, workshops, and community gatherings.Partnerships & Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with mentors, advisors, investors, ecosystem partners, and sponsors to enrich program offerings.Recruit and manage a diverse pool of speakers, trainers, and experts.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure programs integrate smoothly with membership, operations, and marketing efforts.Operations & AdministrationManage program budgets, timelines, and resources.Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and data tracking for impact measurement.Ensure compliance with institute standards, guidelines, and mission values.LeadershipServe as a champion for women founders, advocating for equitable access to resources, capital, and opportunities.Lead with empathy, structure, and strategic vision.Support the growth of staff, interns, and volunteers engaged in program delivery.QualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in program management, entrepreneurship support, accelerator leadership, or ecosystem development.Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, founder journeys, and innovation-driven business models.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Experience building communities or programs centered around inclusion, empowerment, or education.PreferredExperience working with female founders or underrepresented entrepreneurial groups.Existing network within startup, investor, or business development communities.Experience in curriculum design or educational programming.Background in fundraising, sponsorship coordination, or strategic partnerships.Personal AttributesMission-driven and passionate about supporting women in entrepreneurship.Empathetic, energetic, and community-oriented.Highly organized with the ability to create structure in dynamic environments.Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset.Confident facilitator and public speaker.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience.Benefits package available.Access to institute programs, mentorship, and innovation hub amenities.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, a short introduction, and relevant work samples or portfolio links to info@drafamilyoffice.com.
