Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Ramsey, NJ. The Program Director will oversee the planning and execution of medical communications initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining client communication, and ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes. The role also involves leading strategy and content development, supervising team members, and identifying areas for process improvement. Qualifications Program management skills, including the ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and oversee budgets.Expertise in content strategy, medical communications, and stakeholder engagement.Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring and overseeing team performance.Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.Experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector, with knowledge of medical or scientific content development preferred.Capability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MS, or PhD) is a plus.
