Program Manager – Branch Expansion | Rupeek | BengaluruRole OverviewAs a Program Manager – Branch Expansion, you will be responsible for managing the expansion, operations and PnL of new branches — from planning to on-ground execution. This role combines branch GTM, operational rigor, analytical thinking, and customer problem solving. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Program Execution: Own the full lifecycle of new branch launches — planning, approvals, setup, tracking, and performance management.On-Ground Execution: Personally oversee branding, hiring, vendor coordination, and BTL marketing to ensure a seamless launch experience.Data & Analytics: Track key program metrics, analyze branch performance, and derive insights to drive efficiency and growth.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across internal functions (sales, operations, business, compliance, tech) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.Process Excellence: Build scalable SOPs, checklists, and review mechanisms to ensure consistent execution quality in terms of PnL, risk and compliance.Customer-Centric Thinking: Incorporate customer insights and feedback loops to ensure every branch reflects Rupeek’s service promise.Travel: Frequent travel to cities for launch oversight, audits, and field execution.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2–4 years in program management, operations, or expansion roles — ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment, and focussed on offline programs.Skills:Self-starter comfortable with end-to-end ownership and field executionStrong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)Strong analytical mindset and process orientationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in offline GTM strategy and on-ground marketing operationsGood to have: Working knowledge of SQL, experience with branch opsLocation: BengaluruEmployment Type: Full-time, On-site
