The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling overall HR-related functions. The Human Resources Executive will ensure a seamless and productive workplace environment aligned with organizational objectives.QualificationsProficiency in HR Management and HR OperationsExperience in steel fabrication or construction environmentsStrong expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of HR PoliciesComprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage and resolve workplace conflict effectivelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in human resources or a related role is an advantage
