As an Executive & Leadership Talent Sourcer (North America), you will be the engine behind building pipelines of senior-level and executive talent across the organization. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and business leadership teams to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber executives who align with our culture, strategic priorities, and long-term vision. Beyond sourcing, you will function as a trusted advisor—bringing deep market intelligence, competitive insights, and talent mapping expertise that directly shape our executive hiring strategy. You understand the nuances of leadership hiring, can navigate complex talent markets, and excel at building long-term relationships with senior candidates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, confidentiality, and influence matter.What You Will Do:Source and engage executive, senior leadership, and highly visible roles across the organization for North America.Build targeted executive talent maps and pipelines to support near-term and future leadership hiring needs.Conduct thoughtful, high-level assessments to understand executives’ experience, leadership capabilities, and cultural alignment.Develop deep expertise in our leadership profiles, business strategy, and succession needs.Craft personalized, compelling outreach that earns the attention of senior, passive, and highly sought-after talent.Utilize a wide range of innovative executive sourcing methodologies—including research, market mapping, competitive intelligence, and relationship-based sourcing.Provide ongoing insights on leadership talent markets, competitor org structures, and emerging trends that impact executive hiring.What You Need to Be Successful:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of talent sourcing experience with at least 3 years focused on executive or leadership sourcing in North America Region.Proven experience building pipelines for VP, SVP, C-suite, or other senior leadership roles.Experience working with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent engagement strategies.2+ years of experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.Skills Needed:Advanced research and talent mapping capabilities for executive and niche leadership roles.Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.Ability to operate with discretion, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple high-priority searches.Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational structures, leadership competencies, and market dynamics.Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility and precision are kThis is remote role and you will have to work in EST hours.
