About Your New RoleAre you an experienced Program Manager passionate about managing high-impact infrastructure programs? Each role will coordinate and manage a capital works program, driving efficiency, consistency, and impact across our infrastructure portfolio. If you're a skilled leader who thrives in complex environments, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToCoordinate the development of the annual budget in collaboration with project managers, Infrastructure Program Management Office, Department Finance, and Asset Planning teams.Identify and implement program-level efficiencies through project bundling and innovative delivery models.Establish delivery panels and models to support long-term infrastructure planning.Support governance and approvals processes across the program lifecycle.Build strong relationships across business units, delivery teams, and service providers.We're Looking For People Who HaveProven experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs.Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills.A passion for driving outcomes, efficiency, and innovation.Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines.10 years’ experience in project and/or program management, ideally in infrastructure or public works.Bachelor of Business Management or Business Administration or equivalent, with qualifications in project or program management and / or equivalent experience.C Class Driver’s Licence.Be part of shaping the Gold Coast's futureThe Gold Coast is inspired by lifestyle and driven by opportunity.
