The role reports into the VP, Client Partnerships and is a hybrid 3 - 4 days in the office/WFH split and would suit candidates based in or near the Greater Atlanta Metro Area. ROLE PURPOSE The Project Coordinator ensures that Project Managers and Client Partnerships have the information, resources, and structure they need to deliver high-quality work. WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Outcomes Support daily interactions with assigned clients, helping track requests and project updates. Assist in preparing client-ready materials, including meeting agendas, recaps, and status reports. Help ensure deliverables meet quality standards before they are shared with clients. Join client meetings as appropriate to observe and gain exposure to client-facing communication. Budget and Scope Management Track project hours, revisions, and resourcing needs to support efficient use of team time. Maintain documentation of project scopes, budgets, and timelines for PM review. Flag potential scope changes or risks for escalation to the VP, Client Partnerships. Strategic and Daily Project Management Partner with Project Managers and Client Partnerships leads on project setup, task organization, and scheduling. Coordinate logistics for project meetings, kick-offs, and internal reviews. Support QA processes by helping organize feedback and ensuring revisions are tracked. Monitor project timelines, updating schedules and documentation as needed to reflect progress. Internal Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, development, and production by providing coordination and administrative support. Collect and document internal feedback, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Work with Project Management and Client Partnerships to ensure team members have what they need to deliver work successfully. Foster collaboration and clear communication within the team to maintain project momentum Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding campaign progress and any adjustments needed.
