Supplyhaus Joinery offers comprehensive joinery solutions, meticulously managing every facet from conception and fabrication to installation and aftercare.About The RoleWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Supplyhaus Joinery team as we expand and grow. This role works closely with our Project Manager’s to support the successful execution of projects. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our growing business while coordinating joinery projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will gain valuable knowledge across contract management, procurement, financial management, material and installation coordination.This Role Will See You Undertake The Following ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level project delivery support from contract to completion, assisting PMs with planning, coordination, and execution across multiple joinery projects.Assist in preparing and administering Contract documentation and tender procurement process.Assist Project Manager with coding, invoicing, variations, progress claims, and payment schedules to meet project needs and maintain cash flow.Maintain and track project costs using Jobpac, including budget entry, commitments, and payments.Manage project documentation and drawings, ensuring compliance with contract requirements through Procore and other tools.Regularly communicate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to discuss project status, challenges, solutions, and impactsSupport safety-first culture, communicate and educate subcontractors and suppliers on HSEQ requirements including SWMS.Oversee material coordination and tracking, including sequencing, deliveries, and supplier liaison both locally and offshore.Support quality assurance processes, assisting with ITP reviews, defect tracking, and ensuring supplier compliance with standards.Foster clear and regular communication, engaging with internal teams, suppliers (local and offshore) and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.Contribute to continuous improvement, helping evolve joinery systems, processes, and documentation within the Supplyhaus business.Support safety-first culture across all projects, ensuring subcontractors meet McNab’s HSEQ standards and safety is prioritised from design to install.About YouWe are seeking someone who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment while having fun and contributing to team morale. In addition, we are seeking the following:Previous experience in a support role within construction, building products or similar.Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards) would be advantageousSound understanding of building legislation, e.g. the payments act (BIFSOPA Act)High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise various tasks across multiple projectsEffective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.Previous experience using Jobpac and Procore would be well regardedEager to learn, contribute to the team, and grow your career in a fast-paced environmentAbout McNabMcNab is one of the largest Construction, Development and Property groups in Australia, with turnover now exceeding $1bn each year.
