Want in?THE POSITION:As Project Director, EMEA, you will work closely with the sales team and the client to understand and execute to the clients' unique goals and 1) provide leadership, tactical support and guidance to ensure projects are managed with accuracy and follow through; 2) serve as key client contact for projects and initiatives to ensure a successful auction. The Project Director, EMEA will serve as an internal advocate for the client and will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, loyalty, and repeat business.You will achieve and maintain an expert level of understanding of the Concierge Auctions auction process including our various marketing platforms, contracts, technology, preferred agent program, pricing, and closings. As a subject matter expert, you will analyze and determine the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders in order to recommend and lead auction strategies that are executed by a cross-functional team. You must be able to effectively document, organize, and communicate client needs and expectations to facilitate the team's ability to successfully formulate and execute detailed project plans. As the Project Director, you will build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating with clients to maintain transparency and around the auction process and manage expectations for the sale.You, as a Project Director, will be the backbone of each cross-functional project team and feel the heartbeat of every project. You understand how every one of those projects relates back to the larger goals of the brand. You are the champion of "flawless execution" and serve as the ambassador to lead the auction process from launch call to close. The ideal team member is someone who is eternally optimistic, an exceptional communicator, organizational expert and an advocate for cross-departmental integration.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate stakeholders to support account business objectives through the development and execution of functional success plans Help the client gain maximum value through all stages of the customer life cycle, from agreement signing to launch to close Lead efforts to modify existing processes or tools to improve client engagements across the organization Provide oversight in driving issues to resolution when business is at risk Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all projects Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders Deliver internal auction success reviews to provide valuable insights back to the business Recommend auction success strategies based on client feedback Develop and manage project timelines and task lists Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Manage projects in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner Prioritize tasks by urgency that are aligned with the clients evolving priorities Set goals and achieve them by a stated date/time Take an analytical approach to problem solving Develop quick and creative solutions for project issues Complete all job tasks accurately and on-timeAdhere to established processes and procedures to insure timely and accurate delivery of Client's services Keep management informed regularly of events/issues that could impact client relationship Understand and manage the execution of tasks while setting proper expectations that are aligned with company metrics to achieve Client's sales goals. Think strategically and tactically to meet Client's needs, to improve current services or to deliver new services. RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionDemonstrated experience working directly with external customers, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders Preferred minimum five years of experience in account management and/or sales roles Preferred knowledge of real estate industry Superior communication and presentation skills Must be quality conscious, detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated Ability to anticipate problems and resolve effectively Ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environmentsStrong listening and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker Management and team-building skills Must be highly organized and detail oriented in a production intensive environment.
