Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, developing detailed cost estimates, and assisting in budget management. Day-to-day tasks include preparing construction estimations, collaborating with clients and team members, sourcing materials, assessing labor costs, and ensuring project feasibility. The role involves working closely with construction managers and contractors to guarantee accurate budgets and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation processesStrong knowledge of Cost Management and Budgeting techniquesExceptional Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team membersAttention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and project documentationDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and practices in DubaiExperience in home renovation or construction projects is a plus
