HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consultingJob DescriptionKey Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the AIT Department, you will have the following responsibilities:Implementation of AIT planning activities for spacecraft production in Friedrichshafen at the project level;Support the AIT manager and project PMO team in creating and maintaining detailed production plans at the project level;Proactively gathering input from all project participants and maintaining the AIT plan accordingly;Conducting schedule analyses and providing appropriate recommendations to the AIT manager and PMO team (e.g., regarding critical paths, resource utilization, etc.);Supporting the implementation of new integrated planning processes in coordination with local stakeholders (Master Production Scheduler) and ensuring compliance within the projectEstablishing and maintaining working relationships between stakeholders in the functions, the project, and the PMO.Preparation and maintenance of project AIT plans in accordance with project specificationsManagement of multidisciplinary task links, resource allocations, project milestone tracking, and report-related planning for the project, management level, and customerSupporting decision-making at the AIT and project management level through schedule analysis and planning scenario simulationsAct as a contact person for AIT planning issues in the projectQualificationsSkills & ExperienceYou Will Have The Following Qualifications And Relevant ExperienceAt least a bachelor's degree as an Engineer, aerospace engineer;At least 3 years of Work experience in manufacturing/production, production planning, and control;Experience in the use of planning processes and tools in the field of defence and aerospace in spacecraft production is required.;Experience in managing complex multidisciplinary production plans is required.[Insert skills and experience here]at least detailed specialist knowledge in MS Project requires .Intensive use of planning tools (Unified Planning / Planisware is a plus);Fluency in English and German is Mandatory.Additional InformationThis job is located in [Immenstaad /Germany].If you think you have what it takes for this job, please send your CV (in English and in Word or PDF) to Adriana Camacho , by clicking on the button “Apply for this job” quoting job DE-HP-25162.Inclusive and committed employer, our company works every day to combat all forms of discrimination and promote a respectful working environment.
