About the Role:Currie & Brown is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in corporate real estate and banking environments to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering fit-out, refurbishment, and development projects for major financial institutions and corporate clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project delivery — from feasibility and design coordination through procurement, construction, and handover.Act as the primary client interface, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals.Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Oversee cost management, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk control throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to key stakeholders.Manage corporate office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, and branch network upgrades.Ensure compliance with corporate real estate policies, health & safety standards, and local authority regulations.Drive value engineering and sustainability initiatives in line with client and Currie & Brown objectives.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 8–12 years of project management experience, ideally within corporate real estate or commercial fit-out projects.Proven experience delivering projects for banking or financial institutions (headquarters, data centres, branches, or office redevelopments).Strong understanding of design, procurement, and construction processes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to fast-paced corporate environments.Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MRICS are advantageous.
