Adica Insurance is seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Data Projects to join our team and drive the successful delivery of strategic data initiatives.Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid working)Employment Type: 14 Months -Fixed Term ContractReports to: Adica Program DirectorAbout the OpportunityAs the Project Manager for Adica’s Data & Identity projects, you’ll be the central coordination point for internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll manage planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams, fostering collaboration between business units, technology teams, and internal partners.What You’ll Be Responsible ForCoordinate internal resources across data-related projects.Support planning, reporting, and execution of Adica workstreams.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery.Maintain project documentation including RAID logs and status reports.Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.Lead internal meetings, workshops, and decision forums.Ensure compliance with Adica’s delivery standards and governance.Drive continuous improvement in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.What You’ll Bring3–5 years’ experience in project/program management, ideally in data or insurance transformation.Strong grasp of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Experience in insurance or regulated environments is a plus.Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification desirable.Why You'll Love Working at AdicaAt Adica, people are our greatest asset, and we're committed to creating an environment where you can thrive.
