This roleensures that cross-functional teams—including learning experience designers (LXDs), instructionaldesigners (IDs), subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders—work together efficiently to deliverhigh-quality learning experiences that align with business goals.The Project Manager applies strong project management discipline, clear communication, andstructured planning to manage timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects in afast-paced, global environment.Where you will make an impact Lead enablement and education projects from initiation through delivery and closeout, ensuringalignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards. Develop and manage project plans and schedules in collaboration with Learning ExperienceDesigners (LXDs), Instructional Designers (IDs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Serve as the central point of contact between Enablement and stakeholders, maintaining clearcommunication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans by gathering requirements, defining scope,and prioritizing deliverables that support business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient collaboration, clear task ownership, andon-time completion of all deliverables. Monitor progress and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving, structured reporting,and continuous status updates. Ensure instructional quality and consistency by applying established design standards and bestpractices that support an effective learner experience. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, lessons learned, and processoptimization across the enablement lifecycle. Support the evolution of project management practices by refining tools, workflows, andmetrics that enhance visibility, predictability, and performance. Contribute to the development of scalable project frameworks for repeatable enablementprocesses.What You Will Bring 3-5 years of experience managing projects, ideally in training, education, software, or SaaSenvironments. Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, global setting. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, SMEs, and productexperts. Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile practices(Smartsheet And Atlassian Tools Experience Preferred). Support project tracking and task management using Smartsheet, including timelines,dependencies, and updates. Build and maintain executive dashboards in Smartsheet to visualize KPIs and project status. Generate performance and compliance reports using Tableau, with a focus on actionableinsights. Extract and consolidate data from Docebo to produce training-related reports (e.g.,participation, completion rates). Demonstrated ability to identify dependencies, manage risks, and adapt to evolving priorities. Occasionally manage responsibilities related to coordinating training events and assets on ourLMS, including scheduling, tracking completions, and supporting reporting needs.Preferred Skills And Experience Experience in software or higher education industries. Familiarity with instructional design, learning technology, or enablement program management. Experience managing several projects across global teams and time zones, with a proven abilityto handle 5-10 simultaneous initiatives involving cross-functional teams in different regions. Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1), both written and spoken.
