Project Manager for Overhead Line ConstructionMy client a leading power subcontractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a overhead line construction project based in Stuttgart.Suitable candidates will have the following skills and experience;Representing and promoting execution interests in all project phases.Coordinating all construction site activities in compliance with schedule, cost, quality and acceptance specifications.Technical management of all execution-related tasks in the project, including monitoring the quality of construction progress.Regular monitoring of compliance with specifications.Organisation of all site-related roles.Conducting construction site kick-offs and regular meetings.Handover of all construction site-related documents to the general contractor.Identification and reporting of project opportunities and risks and initiation of measures to implement or overcome these.Coordination of network planning, determination and registration of circuit requirementsParticipation in procurement coordination.Preparation of the tender and participation in the award process.Contract management in terms of enforcing rights and obligations, invoicing, initiating claim management.Reporting to the overall project manager, construction progress control and fulfilling the client's obligationsOrganisation of occupational health and safety and environmental protection on site.If you are interested, speak German and happy to work in Stuttgart lets talk!
