We help organizations integrate compliance into core ERP processes and deliver scalable, reliable e‑Invoicing solutions.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all Link4 projects with a focus on ERP integration work (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.) for our global e‑Invoicing and compliance solutions. This role will manage projects end‑to‑end from scoping and delivery through go‑live and stabilization. The project manager will have the opportunity to manage projects globally. The role may require working across different time zones (APAC, EMEA) as needed to support customers and stakeholders.Key responsibilities Oversee and be accountable for the successful delivery of Link4 projects (portfolio-level oversight), ensuring consistency in delivery practices, governance and reporting. Lead full lifecycle ERP integration projects (initiation → planning → execution → testing → cut over → post‑go‑live support) across SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, Business One, ByDesign), NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and other ERPs. Define and maintain project scope, success criteria, milestones, schedules, resource plans and budgets; own project plans and status reporting at both project and portfolio level. Coordinate multi‑disciplinary, multi‑regional teams: implementation engineers, customer technical teams (ERP), QA, product, 3rd‑party partners and vendors. Drive integration architecture and technical design discussions (data mapping, payload formats XML/JSON/EDI, middleware/connectors, APIs/webhooks). Manage test strategy and execution: integration testing, UAT coordination, regression testing, and defect triage. Proactively manage risks and escalations; maintain risk registers and clear escalation paths to senior stakeholders. Ensure compliance with country‑specific e‑invoicing regulations and customer governance requirements. Produce executive reporting and project health summaries for sponsors and leadership; implement consistent project governance across the portfolio. Identify recurring integration issues and drive root‑cause analysis and process/product improvements. Mentor and coach junior project staff and project managers; promote standardization and best practices across Link4 projects. Key deliverables / success metrics Projects delivered on time and within budget (target on‑time delivery). Number of successful go‑lives per quarter and post‑go‑live stabilization achievement. Customer satisfaction (CSAT) for project delivery. Integration defects and reopen rates within defined thresholds. Adoption of standardized delivery templates and runbook across projects. Requirements∙ Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. ∙ 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably within SaaS or technology environments. ∙ Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams. ∙ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ∙ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. ∙ Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite. ∙ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. ∙ Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. ∙ Knowledge of financial processes (invoicing, payments, reporting) would be an advantage. ∙ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization. ∙ Ability to mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.It's required to work a minimum 3 days per week from Link4 office.
