Job HighlightsPurposeful and meaningful workGreat work culture and set of corporate valuesBe a part of a global team that enables charitable givingJOB SUMMARYThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects representing the business side of the organization, while technology has its project management.Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff in the CEO’s office, the Project Manager will act as the central coordination point between leadership, technical teams, and partners.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving results in a mission-driven environment.RESPONSIBILITIESThe projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget, meeting all agreed-upon milestones and success metrics.Embracing an agile approach, features or deliverables are released in iterative increments that provide immediate value to stakeholders and inform subsequent development.Cross-functional teams and external partners are coordinated seamlessly, with clear communication and accountability structures in place.Project risks are identified early and mitigated effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables.Stakeholders, including the CEO’s office, are kept informed through timely, concise reporting and actionable recommendations.Solutions are adopted by intended users, integrated into ongoing operations, and deliver sustained benefits post-implementation.Documented lessons learned and process improvements are shared across the organization to enhance future project performance.Key stakeholders report high satisfaction with the project process and outcomes, as measured through structured feedback.Change management plans are executed effectively, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and equipped for new processes, tools, or systems.The project’s outcomes are aligned with TrustBridge Global Foundation’s mission and strategic goals, ensuring maximum impact.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICSKnowledgeStrong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologiesFamiliarity with technology development cycles and digital project delivery.Understanding of nonprofit operations, philanthropic funding, or grantmaking processes (preferred).SkillsExcellent project planning, scheduling, and tracking abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and identify effective solutions.Proficiency in project management softwareAbilitiesLead cross-functional teams with diplomacy, clarity, and focus.Manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.Navigate both technical and non-technical discussions effectively.Personal CharacteristicsMission-driven, with a genuine commitment to the values of the companyProactive and self-motivated, with a bias for action and results.Collaborative and inclusive, fostering trust and strong relationships across teams.EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree 3+ years of project management experience, including direct experience managing technology-related projects.Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM) strongly preferred.Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.Experience in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector is a plus.
