We are recruiting a Property Management Virtual Assistant to support our US-based clients. This role is on-site from our Johannesburg office and operates during US business hours. Final working hours will be confirmed during the interview stage, based on the specific client assignment.The role includes tenant support, rent tracking, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, reporting, and general administrative duties.Required Skills and Experience: • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong customer service experience • Professional communication skills with tenants and vendors • Highly reliable, organised, and detail-driven • Strong follow-up and task management abilities • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) • Experience with Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools • Ability to use Google Forms and Excel • Tech-savvy and able to work across multiple digital platforms • CRM or property-related experience is advantageous • Optional: familiarity with Zoho, AppFolio, Yardi, or AvailIf you meet the listed requirements, please email your CV to sueneil.zyl@officebeacon.com using Property Management as the subject line.Only candidates with the required experience will be contacted.
