Remote Property Management SupportWe are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual to provide remote support to our UK-based property management team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance of short-let Airbnb-style homes in Oxfordshire, UK.ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of short term rental homes in the UKCo-ordinating all aspects of day to day management including housekeeping, repairs and periodic condition reportsLiaise with property owners and be accountable for your work at all timeBefore you apply there are 4 key requirementsFast internet connect and private working space3 years experience in UK property management. You will be able to demonstrate practical solutions to a wide rage of property related services and maintenance issues.You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work within a team.You will be able to demonstrate confidence in learning a number of cloud based technologies such as booking and housekeeping management systems.RequirementsExcellent planning and organisational skillsFluency in English (around Cambridge C2 Level)3 years Experience in UK property managementComfortable with basic financial tasksStrong phone skillsProficient with cloud-based apps and technologies (Google docs, spreadsheets, property management systems)Shift patterns are 09:00-17:00 / 08:00-16:00 / 10:00-18:00 UK timesFast broadband accessLaptop or computerPhone or tablet for cloud-based phone app and WhatsAppQuiet workspace with minimal disruptionsSmart casual dress code for online meetingsAbout UsShort Let Space (SLS) is an Oxford-based property management company with a portfolio of furnished short-term rental homes in and around Oxford.Remuneration35-40 hours per weekFrom 25,000 Rand per month (based on experience)Paid 4 weeks in arrears12-week probation period (1-week notice)2-week notice period after probation10-20 days paid annual leave after probationContract PositionThis is a contract position with a fixed daily rate. You will be treated as a full-time team member and will be expected to show the same level of commitment and diligence.Remote WorkThis is a remote role that requires regular daily online meetings with video on.
