That's where you come in!Job DescriptionManage and coordinate RFP/RFI processes, including proposal structure, timelines and approvalsDevelop and maintain project management standards, templates, and governance modelsImplement and enhance SAP Cloud ALM and other project management toolsServe as central communication and reporting interface for internal stakeholders and managementSupport customer projects through scalable PMO services (“Project Management-as-a-Service”)Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and knowledge transfersEnsure compliance and documentation via centralized collaboration platformsQualificationsCompleted university degree, ideally in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience in project or bid management, preferably in an international environmentFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or hybrid approaches would be an advantageExperience with tools like SAP Cloud ALM, RPA, or modern collaboration platforms would be beneficialStrong communication and organizational skillsExcellent German and English language skillsProactive mindset, structured working style, and team orientationAdditional Information30 days of vacation, internal and external training, MyN - Nagarro employee share program, company-funded accident insurance, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.
