What are we looking for?We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, responding to end-user requests, and maintaining system reliability to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver timely technical solutions, and contribute to enhancing overall user experience in alignment with company standards and objectives. What are we expecting from this role?Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, Android tablets, printers, Conference systems, Audio systems, and other IT equipment. Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows, VDI, Cloud and common business applications. Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, regional and vendor. Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning such as workstations, tablets and VDI. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards with regional and local policy. Support IT Ops in endpoint security matters ,including patching, AV, DLP, etcOther Tasks assigned by the line manager.
Who are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and VDIFamiliarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts. Experience with ticketing system Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent in both English and Burmese. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
