Valued in the billions, it partners with luxury fashion and auto marques, yet sticks to a clean-label promise—no powders, no artificial flavors, no creamers—while recycling shells and paperless ordering shrink its footprint.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Public Relations Director to lead our brand’s communications, crisis management, and government relations across the U.S. market. This role can be based in the west coast or the east coast of the United States. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful communicator with strong media insight, exceptional judgment, and the ability to navigate complex public and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities Lead crisis communication efforts and coordinate closely with global HQ to address sensitive public issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with mainstream U.S. media, podcast hosts, key opinion leaders, and government stakeholders. Develop and oversee public communication strategies, including press releases, digital storytelling, and reputation management initiatives.Provide senior management with strategic communication and risk mitigation counsel. Leverage digital and social media channels, including podcasts, to strengthen brand presence and engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or public affairs. Proven ability to manage crisis communication and handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin; strong bilingual communication ability is preferred.Strong understanding of the U.S. media landscape and public policy environment. Strategic thinker with flexibility, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
