A company, specializing in efficiently setting up companies, visas, and bank accounts in both mainland UAE and various free zones, is looking for a Public Relations Officer. This position ensures compliance with local laws and facilitates smooth operations for clients, contributing to the overall efficiency and reputation of the organization.Responsibilities:• Handling visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for Freezone companies, obtaining costs, requirements and timelines;• Managing trade license renewals and amendments for Freezone companies, ensuring compliance with costs, requirements, and timelines;• Assisting in the setup of companies in the Freezone including gathering costs, requirements, and timelines;• Assisting in the winding-up process of companies registered in free zones;• Request extracts of certificates from Freezone companies.• Maintaining the Carbon One portal top-up balance, reports, and generating invoices;• Ensuring all processes are conducted with the utmost attention to detail to prevent any mistakes made by the employee.• Coordinating with the outsourced PRO regarding Mainland trade licenses and all visa-related applications, renewals, and amendments. Gathering relevant costs, requirements, and procedures;• Video call with notary public appointment scheduling;• Facilitating MOFA attestation and translation of documents as needed;• Applying for Dubai Customs NOC and Dubai Police Certificates as needed.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, compliance, or a related role, preferably within a free zone or similar environment.• Strong understanding of free zone regulations, visa processes, and trade licensing;• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;• Proficient in MS Office and experience with administrative software;• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction;• Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements;• Ability to address challenges related to company setup, renewals, and other administrative processes efficiently.Conditions:• Office role. Location: Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Tiffany Tower;• Working hours: 8 hours per day;• Medical insurance.
