Job Title: Real Estate AdministratorLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: AdministrationReports To: Sales Manager / Operations ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator to manage all administrative and documentation processes after the sales deal is closed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate contracts, RERA regulations, and post-sales procedures. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients, agents, and developers.Key Responsibilities:Post-Sales Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for clients after the sales deal is finalized.Coordinate with sales agents, clients, and developers to ensure all post-sale activities are completed on time.Prepare and verify Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), booking forms, and other relevant documents.Documentation & Compliance:Manage and organize all client files, contracts, and payment receipts in both digital and physical formats.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all real estate documents before submission.Liaise with developers, DLD, and other relevant authorities for document processing, registration, and compliance.Contract Management:Review and maintain records of all real estate contracts, amendments, and renewals.Ensure that all agreements comply with company policies and UAE real estate laws.Track contract timelines and notify concerned parties of key dates (e.g., payment plans, handover, transfer).Payment & Transaction Support:Coordinate and follow up on payment schedules with clients and the finance team.Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain payment records accurately.Client Support:Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, payment status, and documentation.Address post-sales queries in a professional and timely manner.Administrative Tasks:Maintain updated property listings, developer details, and contract templates.Support sales and operations teams with ad hoc administrative requirements.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar real estate administrative or post-sales coordination role.Sound knowledge of real estate contracts, SPAs, and UAE property laws.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and DLD / RERA portals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Why Join Us:A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a leading real estate firm.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.Exposure to high-value property transactions and Dubai’s real estate market.Salary Range: AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
